The following videos have been created to assist the customer and service agent diagnose and replace any part/component on the Evolve board.

In this How To video we will show you how to fix any clicking noises in your All Terrain wheels.
As your board wears in, things can start to move and loosen up which may create extra noise. A common noise may be the bearing moving a very small amount within the wheel hub creating a clicking sound. This is easily fixed by using some Lithium Grease in the bearing seat. The lithium grease can also be used in bushings and pivot cups in your Super carve truck.....then she'll ride like a Ninja!

The main thing we need to do is isolate whether the fault is in the motor itself or the motor controller. We do this by removing the battery case and swapping over the motor connectors.

R-2 Remote trigger value adjustment

Important:
Set the trigger value for mimimun brake (no brake) not when the trigger is fully out, but when it is 1mm before fully out.
What is does: Sometimes the trigger value or trigger itself is not fully out, even if you let go fully. Then you cannot accelerate, as it is still a little in brake mode.
Also it prevents that at the slightest touch on the brake, it starts braking.
